How to book

• choose the type of accommodation
  
• choose the date of arrival and departure
  
• complete the contact form with all the data (Phone, adress, number of person...)
  
• If you want to book, please contact us and we will send you the total price and payment information (bank account number and address of the recipient).
  
• For reservation is required to pay 30%, and the rest on the first day after arrival.
  
• After your payment we send you an e-mail with confirmation of payment aswell booking of accommodation.
  
• In case of any doubt, please contact us via email or telephone and we will reply within 24 hours.

• WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW WHEN YOU BOOK AN APARTMENT
  
• That accommodation is available as of 14h on the day of your arrival, and up to 10h on the day of your departure
  
• That you need to take two identification documents with you. We shall keep one while you are staying with us (passport or driving licence)
  
• That on the last day of your stay we shall inspect the apartments and charge you with possible damage
  
• That in case you decide to cancel your booking we shan't return your down payment
  
• That the number of persons staying in the apartment must be the same as the number of persons for whom the booking was made
  
• That visitors are not allowed without prior notification to the landlord (owner of the building)
  
• That we won't charge final cleaning of the apartment if you leave it in the same condition as you found it
  
• That no towels are available
  
• That it is necessary to follow house rules placed in every apartment
  
• It is considered you read and accepted the rules as you entered the apartment
